Because of the incomprehensible way these laws were voted down, I can assure you that my Government believes it absurd to go ahead with its heavy responsibilities in this dim atmosphere created by the National Assembly and, for this reason, my Government does not intend to remain in office since it is the government which should initiate and enact legislation.
