Furthermore, the US House Committee on Education and the Workforce held three hearings on campus antisemitism, grilling university presidents from elite colleges and universities about their failure to prevent the spread of antisemitism, resulting in the resignation of several university presidents. House Republicans also threatened ten colleges with investigations into antisemitism that could result in losing federal funding. There are no equivalent hearings about Islamophobia or anti-Palestinian racism on college campuses.
