Suddenly “climate lockdowns” started trending—an entirely made-up threat, with strong links to the Heartland Institute, the foremost climate-change-denial think tank, which made the absurd claim that once the globalists were done locking you in your house to fight Covid, they were going to lock you in your house to lower greenhouse gas emissions.

QUESTION: How exactly did the Heartland Institute seed and amplify this made-up threat across platforms? Worth tracing the disinformation pipeline.
