A federal judge found religious animus motivated both Muslim ban versions. [fact]

Judge Watson wrote a judicial decision finding that there was “significant and unrebutted evidence of religious animus driving the promulgation” of both the revised Muslim Ban 2.0 and the original Muslim Ban.
