Although the presidency of Donald J. Trump is thankfully over, the metastasizing growth of the right-wing political ideology known as “Trumpism” is alive and well today. So if we allow Islamophobia to keep spreading in our communities, it will only lead to the further disenfranchisement of millions of Western Muslims who seek to debunk the archaic “clash of civilizations” orientalist theory once and for all.
