It is unfortunate that the world needs to have boogeymen. For Muslims, it is doubly unfortunate that entities like the NRA and their adjacent right-wing political organizations have decided that today they are these boogeymen. It is apparently easy to convince the indoctrinated that Muslims want to take away guns, even though no real evidence for this position exists.
