The putatively nonpartisan WC, contrary to Williamson's own protestations, displays many traces of the MPS neoliberalism in its very genes and has been forged with the help (and endorsement) of more than one influential MPS member, even according to Williamson's own account. Clarifying MPS neoliberalism will in any case shed light on some of the largely forgotten origins of many occluded aspects of contemporary mainstream thinking.
